Senior Operations Manager - VENUE FINDING Rare opportunity for a proven head of department, operations manager or team manager to join this exciting agency and head up their venue sourcing team! The role As the Senior Operations Manager / Head of Venue Sourcing you will be fully accountable for the venue finding department within this agency and work closely with clients and internal departments to deliver a smooth service across the venue sourcing team. This is a hands‑on management role where you will be responsible for developing the team as well as leading on venue sourcing projects yourself. A strategic and senior level role where commercial acumen will be critical. About you With extensive venue sourcing experience in an agency or venue finding company, you will have experience in running a department or smaller team within a department as well as remaining very client facing. Excellent venue knowledge both UK and international will be required as well as a strong handle on venue sourcing systems. Full driving licence and own vehicle is required to apply for this role.
