As Chef de Partie at Crerar Hotels, youll play a key role in our kitchen team, preparing and plating high-quality dishes while supervising junior staff to maintain our high standards. In a fast-paced environment, youll manage daily kitchen operations, including shift briefings, stock control, and monitoring costs and wastage.
