The role


Paid social - especially Meta - drives our growth.


We’re now entering our next scale phase and looking for a senior, hands-on performance marketer to own acquisition and scale UK spend from ~£500k to £1m+ per month while keeping CAC and payback firmly under control.


There are no agencies and no channel managers. You will run the ad accounts yourself and lead creative strategy alongside our two (fantastic) in-house designers.


This is a role for someone who has scaled at this level, craves ownership and autonomy, loves the craft of performance marketing (testing, iterating, scaling), and is excited by the challenge of growing DAYMADE into a household name.


What you’ll own

  • Meta acquisition: build, scale and optimise UK campaigns to £1m/month while maintaining CAC and payback discipline


  • Supporting channels: profitable expansion and operation of Google (Search, PMax, YouTube) and TikTok to strengthen the mix


  • Creative performance: ownership of creative strategy and testing framework, translating performance data into scalable winning concepts with in-house designers


  • High-velocity testing: hypothesis driven experimentation across ads, landing pages and checkout to improve traffic conversion (in collaboration with design and product and teams where applicable)


  • Performance reporting: accountable for CAC, new player volumes, and forecasting and direct reporting to the CEO; guardrails include LTV/CAC ratio and payback periods


Requirements

  • Have 8 - 10+ years in performance marketing


  • Have personally scaled Meta spend from £500k+/month to £1m+/month (for a B2C brand in a single market, e.g. UK)


  • Are expert-level on Meta Ads (creative testing, CAPI, AEM, auction dynamics)


  • Are a hands-on operator, not strategy-only or agency-led


  • Have driven conversion improvements at scale on high-volume paid traffic


This role is not suitable if:

Your largest single-market spend was under £500k/month, you mainly manage agencies, or you’re looking to manage a team of paid and search specialists.
