Pricing Analyst

London (Hybrid)


I’m partnering with a global eCommerce marketplace operating in 150+ countries, currently investing heavily in its data and pricing capabilities.

With millions of products and customers worldwide, pricing plays a critical role in how the business optimises margin, demand and customer value.

They are now looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their growing analytics team and help drive data-led pricing decisions across the business.


The Role

This position sits within a central analytics function and focuses on pricing analysis, experimentation and performance insights across a large product catalogue.

You will work closely with commercial, product, and engineering teams to analyse pricing performance, test new strategies and support the evolution of the company’s pricing systems.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing large datasets to identify pricing opportunities and commercial insights
  • Designing and evaluating pricing experiments and A/B tests
  • Supporting the development of pricing models and strategies
  • Building dashboards and analytical outputs to monitor pricing performance
  • Partnering with stakeholders across commercial, product and data teams
  • Helping shape the future of pricing within a fast-growing global marketplace


What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in pricing, commercial or data analytics
  • Strong SQL skills (Python beneficial)
  • Experience analysing large datasets
  • Exposure to experimentation, modelling or statistical analysis
  • Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, marketplaces or digital platforms is highly beneficial
