We are looking for a Chartered/Incorporated Electrical Engineer to lead complex, sustainable solutions for the urgent challenges facing our communities.
The Opportunity
The UK Water sector is undergoing a massive AMP cycle. At Stantec, we design and deliver essential infrastructure that is more efficient, resilient, and environmentally conscious.
Responsibilities
Lead technical direction on high‑impact projects from concept through to detailed design.
Pioneer EICA design services for critical water business projects across the South West and Midlands.
Mentor the next generation of engineers as a technical leader and subject‑matter expert.
Drive collaborative design discussions, from HAZOPs to technical workshops, ensuring positive outcomes for clients and the community.
Build key relationships with clients and stakeholders, growing Stantec’s reputation.
About You
Degree‑level education in Electrical Engineering with extensive experience in technical specifications, control philosophies, single‑line diagrams and technical reporting. Experience in Water, Energy, or Infrastructure is highly valuable, but strong leadership and technical expertise are paramount.
