We’re looking to add an experienced recruiter to the team as demand across the U.S. market continues to grow.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in agency or search recruitment
• Background recruiting into engineering, software, or technology roles
• Experience working with startups or small businesses
• Comfortable running end-to-end recruitment processes
• Confident working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded and delivery-focused

The role

• Own recruitment delivery within your market vertical
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage roles from brief through to offer and start
• Develop and maintain a strong network of relevant candidates
• Contribute to standards, ways of working, and team performance
• Develop your personal brand to be the go-to person within your vertical.
