An industry leading energy organisation is entering a key phase of growth and procurement transformation, creating an opportunity for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping a modern, high performing function.

With strong investment and a clear roadmap towards best in class procurement, this role offers the chance to influence strategy, drive change and leave a lasting impact across engineering and operational spend.

Reporting to the Procurement Director, you will lead a team of three and take ownership of strategic sourcing activity across engineering projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to design and embed category strategies across engineering and operational spend

• Identify and deliver transformation initiatives, challenging existing approaches and driving continuous improvement

• Monitor market dynamics, supplier innovation and cost trends to unlock value and competitive advantage

• Lead complex sourcing activity, ensuring robust governance, risk mitigation and compliance

• Develop and lead a high performing team, driving delivery, engagement and stakeholder alignment across the business

Required Experience:

• Strong procurement experience within a complex, matrix organisation

• Proven expertise in contract negotiation and commercial management

• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders within evolving environments

• Experience across engineering procurement, capital projects or technical services

• Background within energy, oil & gas, engineering or manufacturing environments preferred

• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and transformation within procurement

• Degree qualified with MCIPS or equivalent preferred
