Contract - Procurement Manager

London / Hybrid

6-month contract | Start: ASAP (Jan 2026)

£500-£650 per day (Inside IR35)

Synapri are hiring an experienced Procurement Manager to join a major professional services organisation. This is a fast-moving contract role where you’ll have real visibility, senior stakeholder exposure, and the opportunity to deliver measurable commercial value.

What you’ll be doing:

Owning end-to-end Source-to-Contract activity across real estate and facilities categories

Leading complex sourcing projects and negotiating contracts with a focus on total value, not just price

Partnering closely with legal and senior business stakeholders to manage risk and close contracts

Developing clear scopes of work, KPIs, and SLAs to drive supplier performance

Building strong supplier relationships across EMEA

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in procurement / category management (5+ years )

Strong background in real estate, facilities, or construction-related sourcing

Confident negotiator with a track record of managing risk and total cost of ownership

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

CIPS (or equivalent) desirable but not essential

EMEA or global experience highly advantageous
