Join our Health, Localisation, and Internationalisation team as a Senior Product Analyst. You will focus on scaling our reach into new territories and optimizing the product journey to ensure it resonates with users in every region. Responsibilities
Working closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, and Engineers to support data‑driven decision‑making across the product. Identifying new growth opportunities, including underserved user segments, use cases, and regions with high potential for product expansion. Helping the team understand which company‑level goals can be influenced through experimentation, defining relevant proxy metrics, and monitoring them over time. Supporting hypothesis formulation and prioritization using data: estimating segment sizes, potential impact, expected uplift, and defining clear success metrics, while accounting for user behaviour patterns. Helping the team prioritize ideas and initiatives based on expected impact, confidence level, and effort. Participating in product planning and roadmap discussions, providing analytical input to shape priorities and investment decisions. Evaluating experiment results in terms of their overall impact on core product metrics, not just local effects. Translating analysis results into clear, actionable recommendations for the team and stakeholders.
Must have
At least 5+ years of work experience as a Data/Product Analyst. Experience with A/B testing, knowledge of statistics for A/B testing. Advanced SQL/Python / R for data analysis. Experience in data visualization in Python/Looker/Tableau or similar.
Nice to have
Experience in subscription business.
