Senior Product Designer | Retail

London (3 days office)

£75,000+


Please note there are two non-negotiables: proven experience working in a startup / scaleup environment, and strong eCommerce knowledge.


We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Product Designer to help shape awesome eCommerce experiences for a fast-growing, ambitious brand. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take projects from idea to launch, making a real impact on the customer journey and helping develop exciting new digital products.


What the role looks like

  • Own UX/UI design across digital projects, keeping the user front and center.
  • Work closely with several teams to create seamless, engaging experiences that stay true to the brand.
  • Help grow and refine the design system so it scales across the business.
  • Lead the entire design journey, starting with research and user flows, through wireframes and prototypes, all the way to final, production-ready UI.


Who we’re looking for

  • Someone with eCommerce experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle.
  • A solid UX/UI portfolio showing strong design skills and clear thinking.
  • User-focused and data-informed, using research and testing to guide decisions.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable pushing projects forward in a fast-moving environment.
