We're looking for the 1st Design hire to join a fast-growing fintech on a mission to transform money management. You'll be designing and scaling high-performance tools and infrastructure to empower firms with strategic insights!

What you'll be doing... Establishing design best practices, scale the function, and lead the creation of a world-class B2B fintech platform. Creating intuitive, elegant experiences that solve real financial problems for business users. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver aligned, high-impact solutions. Building and maintaining a design system that enables speed, quality, and consistency across the platform. Using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and validate outcomes.
