Salary: Up to £115,000

We’re looking for a proactive Senior Product Manager (AI & Data) to join a leading fintech that combines advanced AI with mobile-first product design to create intuitive, personalised commerce experiences. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact products used at scale, with genuine ownership and influence. You’ll be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered, mobile-led initiatives that support the company’s next phase of ecommerce innovation. Partnering closely with engineering, data, and design teams, you’ll shape intelligent, frictionless customer journeys. As a strong customer advocate, you’ll balance insight-led decision-making with creative thinking to deliver mobile-first solutions that scale globally and set a new industry benchmark.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and evolve the product roadmap for AI-driven capabilities such as recommendations, personalisation, predictive search, and conversational experiences, with a strong mobile focus.
  • Set the vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes for AI-led and mobile-first product initiatives.
  • Work closely with data, engineering, and design partners to bring high-impact features from concept to launch.
  • Use customer insights, behavioural data, and performance metrics to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Make sharp prioritisation calls to maximise value for users while delivering meaningful commercial results.
  • Keep a pulse on emerging AI and mobile commerce trends, turning new ideas into practical, scalable solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, ideally working on mobile-first platforms and/or AI-enabled products.
  • Background in e-commerce or fast-scaling consumer technology businesses.
  • Strong grasp of how AI can be applied to personalisation, recommendation engines, and workflow automation.
  • Highly data-literate, with the ability to define clear metrics and use insight to guide decision-making.
  • Confident communicator and people leader, able to bring diverse stakeholders together behind a common product direction.
  • Hands-on experience working in agile environments, with a history of shipping products that deliver real user and business impact.
