A DAY IN THE LIFE
Build plans and strategies for your brand based on analysis from market data, consumer and competitor insights to inspire and engage our B2C and B2B audiences.
Lead the local launch and activation of your brand: from forecasting to implementation and localization of concepts and assets (L&S, agencies), e-commerce B2B content, and sell-out activations for launches and animations.
Determine the media strategy of the brand with the agency to plan and execute.
Collaborate closely with commercial activation teams to drive brand growth and develop new business, recruiting new customers with a consumer-first approach.
Embrace digital transformation by building seamless B2B online activations with the LPS and education teams, working collaboratively with multi-channel stakeholders.
Forecast and align new launch sizing, manage A&P, build launch P&L with finance, and monitor performance with ROI/PA analysis.
Develop a marketing education strategy to amplify advocacy and drive sell-in and sell-out in professional channels.
Represent the local market's insights and feedback to international teams, advocating for local interests.
WHO YOU ARE
Strong understanding of consumer trends, shopper psychology, and retail journey.
Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Passionate about beauty, marketing trends, and innovation.
Commercially sensitive with business acumen.
Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
