Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom. Only applicants based in the UK or holding UK sponsorship may apply. Senior Product Manager – Mobile Forensics & Android Platform Strategy Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals, customer needs, and market demands. Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights to inform technical and non‑technical product decisions. Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact. Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, architects, engineering teams, and designers, to gather and document high‑level product (functional and non‑functional) requirements. Develop a deep understanding of the technology stack, architecture, and technical constraints of the product to make informed requirements and prioritization decisions. Work closely with product owners and design teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development lifecycle. Design, organize, and improve early testing programs to gather feedback and limit critical issues before feature release. Lead best practices for continuously monitoring product performance, gathering user feedback, and analyzing data to make data‑driven decisions for product improvements. Practice and coach agile methodologies to keep the roadmap adaptable and responsive to changing requirements. Identify potential roadblocks and mitigate risks early on, acting as a proactive problem solver to prevent costly delays and ensure a smooth development journey. Lead collaboration with cross‑functional go‑to‑market teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and operations, to drive customer satisfaction and business impacts with coordinated product delivery. Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and ensure product compliance as required. Serve as a subject‑matter expert in assigned areas of responsibility by frequently communicating with customers and stakeholders to serve as the voice of the customer. Maintain relationships with large strategic customers and meet with them on a regular basis to provide updates, hear their concerns, and bring insights back to the larger PM group. Manage, coach, and mentor Product Owners and/or Product Managers. Report directly to the Director of PM, lead a team of PMs and/or Product Owners, and operate across multiple roadmaps – setting direction with engineering, strategy, and stakeholders while shaping the external message with Product Marketing.
Qualifications Required skills and knowledge:
Minimum of 5 years as a product leader, either operating as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a proven track record of successfully bringing SaaS products to market. Minimum of 3 years managing or leading people, preferably Product Owners and/or Product Managers. Experience in an Agile development environment. Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred skills and knowledge:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven and customer‑centric approach to product management. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate cross‑functional teams.
