The Prime Video Marketplace businesses (TVOD and Channels) seek an experienced Senior Product Manager with a blend of quantitative, scientific, product, and marketing skills to identify, drive, and launch initiatives that create value for customers and studio partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, goal-driven, comfortable with numbers, influential, and results-oriented.

Key job responsibilities

1. Lead the product roadmap and strategy for monetization initiatives on Prime Video.
2. Collaborate with senior management, PMTs, and engineers across cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize tasks, develop pilot plans, and deliver technical solutions.
3. Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with partner teams, and promote that vision within the organization.
4. Develop detailed business requirements to inform product specifications and designs.
5. Manage the delivery of current products while planning for future offerings.

Additional responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Prime Video customers, both existing and potential.
• Assess the digital video market segments, monitor competitive landscape, and identify emerging trends.
• Partner with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and metrics to deliver a top-tier ads experience.
• Own the creation of detailed product requirements documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and project management teams to execute the product roadmap.
• Drive project, product, and feature launches in collaboration with internal and external teams including business development, content acquisition, legal, marketing, finance, customer service, and operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience engaging in engineering discussions related to technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience with feature delivery and product trade-offs.
• Experience managing roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience overseeing technical products or online services.
• Ability to advocate for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during executive prioritization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, QuickSight.
• Experience in developing and promoting new tools adoption.
