We're putting together a talented team to build the #1 training platform for Runners We help everyday runners become outstanding by providing world-class training, coaching and community for everyone, whether you're improving your 5k time or training for your first marathon. To date we have built iOS, Android and Apple watch apps that help people achieve their goals by coaching them through the full journey and syncing to their favourite fitness devices.

We want to grow as fast as we can into the future and are looking for individuals who will help us get there. Our aim is to reach millions of subscribers and be the go-to training platform for any runner. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our App team and take ownership of our Strength Workouts and Run Recording features. You will work at the forefront of fitness recordings and building products that will be the first of their kind across the industry. We believe we are uniquely positioned to take these to the next level by developing features that are easy to use, hyper-personalised, and powered by cutting-edge AI and technologycreating a feeling similar to training with a coach.
As a Senior Product Manager your role will include :
~ Leading a team of 6-8 Engineers and 1 Product Designer in building the best recording features. Working across the full product development cycle from speaking to users, to developing the product strategy, roadmap and backlog, to working with designers and engineers to build and then managing release and support
~ Helping tie the recordings experience with the broader app experience and working closely with the rest of the product and design team to deliver an easy to use app

How would you build the best audio feedback feature to support runners during their sessions?
You should have a track record of owning complex feature sets through iterative releases, with clear prioritisation and high product quality in fast-moving environments
~ You should have a sharp eye for mobile UX detail and the ability to work with design and engineering to create delightful, responsive workout experiences
~ Have a technical background (Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Physics etc)
~ Youre London based (or able to work in person 2+ days per week at our Vauxhall office)

Bonus points if you:
You have worked in (react-native) mobile application teams
You have a forward-looking perspective on how digital coaching, AI, and wearable data will shape the future of personalised training experiences
Introductory chat with Emily, Talent Lead (15 minutes video call )
# First round with Nayth, the Principal PM of the App team (15 mins questions on Runna and 15 mins chat on role etc.)
# Final round - meet the team in our London office
