Senior Product Manager
New Today
Our client's app is used by hundreds of thousands of people across 100+ countries. Now, they're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead growth and market expansion.
You’ll be the only Product Manager, working directly with the CPO and embedded in a tight, high-performing team of designers and engineers. No layers. No bureaucracy. Just real product work.
You’ll own both core product and growth, shaping bets, running experiments, and shipping features that move real metrics.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shape & Ship
Turn rough ideas into clear, impactful product bets
Collaborate closely with the CPO and Senior Product Designer
Prototype, refine, and get work “clear enough” for engineers to build
Focus on speed without sacrificing thinking
Own Growth & Experimentation
Run continuous experiments across onboarding, paywalls, retention, and engagement
Define success metrics, measure impact, and iterate quickly
Build a strong loop of hypothesis → test → learn
Drive Product Quality
Review and QA features before release
Ensure what ships meets a high bar for both function and polish
Discover Opportunities (increasing over time)
Identify new problems worth solving
Contribute to longer-term product strategy
Wear Multiple Hats
Write push notifications or emails
Build paywalls
QA releases
Jump in wherever needed
Use AI tools to prototype and explore ideas
Gradually start steering coding agents to implement small fixes
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
Strong experience as a Product Manager in a B2C subscription app
Deep understanding of the full lifecycle: onboarding → activation → retention → churn
Proven track record of running experiments and moving key metrics
Experience in startup or scale-up environments
Comfortable working hands‑on with engineers and designers
You’ll Stand Out If You:
Are highly analytical (SQL/statistics knowledge a plus)
Balance data with strong product intuition
Actively explore and learn from other consumer apps
Are curious, sharp, and able to think in real time
Can clearly explain why something should be built - not just what
AI Mindset
Already using AI tools in your workflow (research, ideation, prototyping)
Curious about what’s next and eager to experiment
Open to evolving toward AI-assisted product development
What You’ll Get
£65,000 – £90,000 salary (depending on experience)
Employee-friendly stock options
In-person meetups in London every ~6 weeks
25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
