We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most recognisable consumer fintech brands as they evolve to adding a brand new area B2B2C platform business. With millions of active users and strong brand trust, the organisation is now externalising its core capabilities through APIs, embedded journeys and strategic partnerships, unlocking new revenue streams and distribution models sitting within its innovation area of the company

This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of that evolution. Reporting into one of the most respected VP level Product leaders in the UK, you’ll operate in a high-visibility, high-ambiguity role shaping the long-term platform strategy of a scaled, product-led business.

About the Role

The Senior Product Managewill define how the company’s capabilities are exposed externally, building a coherent product proposition that balances commercial ambition with technical scalability.

This Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in answering a fundamental strategic question: how does this organisation extend beyond its core consumer app into partner ecosystems, new embedded environments and marketplace models?

Role Highlights

• Define a 2–3 year roadmap for the platform and marketplace proposition
• Shape B2B2C distribution models, clarifying what capabilities are exposed and to whom
• Translate platform strategy into shipped proofs of concept and measurable outcomes
• Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to align product intent with long-term scalability
• Bring clarity to cross-functional conversations, turning strategic ideas into executable plans

You Will Need – key skills/experience

• Experience B2B2C or marketplace products
• Understanding of developer experience, API governance and lifecycle management
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to assess long-term value and differentiation
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and structuring complex problems
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering and commercial teams
• Experience of working in a highly innovative and experimental environment
• Experience of building a B2B product out of a B2C company would be advantageous
