Job Description

The Role:


An opportunity to join a leading digital infrastructure provider powering next-gen embedded payment experiences across the UK and Europe. As part of the Product team, you’ll help shape the roadmap, design, and delivery of front-end-led products (web and mobile) that support B2B and platform-based payment flows across multiple industry verticals.


This team sits at the heart of the business and collaborates closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Compliance to build scalable, regulated, and commercial products that are loved by users.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to go-live and post-launch iteration
  • Define product vision, roadmap and strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and documentation
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of roadmap items in partnership with engineering
  • Champion a scalable, agile approach to product delivery and backlog management
  • Oversee the end-to-end product launch process across all business functions
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive internal documentation and collateral
  • Develop relationships with relevant external schemes, suppliers and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor performance against key product metrics and proactively drive improvements
  • Contribute to pricing discussions with a clear understanding of cost models
  • Regularly report on progress, managing risks and blockers transparently


Key Requirements:


  • A proven background in product management with a track record of delivering commercial results
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift frequently
  • Ideally has a background in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS – though strong candidates from other industries with relevant skills will be considered
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and able to translate data into action
  • Proven success in collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Experience engaging third-party partners or external schemes
  • Excellent communicator, capable of aligning stakeholders around product goals
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Strong experience leading or mentoring others within a product environment
