Senior Product Manager (Digital Platforms) | £70–75k | London (Hybrid)


A well-established not-for-profit organisation in the digital health / data space is hiring a Senior Product Manager to step into a more autonomous, leadership-focused role within their product function.


You’ll take ownership of the product roadmap and priorities while leading a small, experienced product team (3 direct reports). This is a step up in seniority, with real influence and scope to shape how product is run day-to-day.


The role

  • Own roadmap, backlog and prioritisation across multiple platforms
  • Lead and support BAs / Product Owners and a Senior Designer
  • Balance a high volume of stakeholder requests and confidently push back when needed
  • Drive user research and testing with external users (professionals + end users)
  • Work closely with engineering and data/analytics teams to deliver insight-led improvements


What we’re looking for

  • ~5+ years’ experience in digital product management (software / SaaS environment)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • User-centric and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Understanding of delivery tools (e.g. DevOps, Jira or similar)
  • Awareness of reporting / BI tools
  • Background in healthcare related sectors is strongly preferred.


Package & process

  • Salary: £70,000–£75,000 (some flexibility for the right person)

Interview process:

  • 1st stage: online interview
  • 2nd stage: in-person interview + short presentation task
