Senior Project Manager - Defence Sector
Active SC Clearance required (DV desirable)

Southwest UK (hybrid, 3-4 days onsite)

Our client is a technology-led consultancy delivering complex, large-scale programmes across the UK Defence and Central Government landscape.
They are supporting a high-value defence programme and are looking to engage a Senior Project Manager.
This role requires an individual who can lead from the front, taking full accountability for delivery, teams, and outcomes within a secure and highly regulated setting.
What you'll do:
Take end-to-end ownership of large-scale project delivery within a defence programme
Lead multi-disciplinary teams across technical, engineering, and delivery functions
Manage full project life cycle from mobilisation through to delivery and transition
Own project governance, planning, financials, risks, and dependencies
Operate within a complex multi-supplier environment, aligning delivery across partners
Engage senior stakeholders to drive decision-making and maintain delivery momentum
Key requirements:
Active SC Clearance (DV highly desirable)
Minimum of 5 years project management experience
Minimum of 3 years programme management experience
Proven track record delivering large-scale programmes/projects
Demonstrable experience leading full delivery teams and multiple work streams
Strong experience operating within secure, complex, multi-organisation environments
Ability to take full accountability for delivery, not just support or coordinate
