Their specialist hospitality team have been appointed as the clients representative on a series of hotel projects in the UK. As Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of each project, ensuring agreed contractual obligations are met, particularly in respect of achieving quality and programme certainty. Its likely you will be from a Construction Project Management background having worked for a consultancy on either commercial or hotel projects, including change or use, conversions and extensions in live environments.
