Job Description
An experienced Senior Project Manager is required to join a reputable South London construction consultancy delivering large residential and mixed-use developments. The Senior Project Manager will lead projects up to £100m and will play a key leadership role within the team. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.\n\nThis Senior Project Manager opportunity offers a Senior Project Manager the chance to take ownership of major schemes while contributing to the strategic growth of the South London office.\n\nThe Senior Project Manager's role\n\nThe Senior Project Manager will:\n\nLead full project lifecycle delivery\n\nDevelop project briefs and execution strategies\n\nOversee procurement and contractor appointment\n\nAdminister JCT Design & Build contracts\n\nMonitor financial performance and risk exposure\n\nChair design and construction meetings\n\nLiaise with clients, funders and key stakeholders\n\nManage project governance and reporting structures\n\nMentor junior Project Managers\n\nEnsure quality assurance and compliance\n\nThe Senior Project Manager\n\nThe Senior Project Manager will have:\n\n7+ years' consultancy experience\n\nMRICS, MCIOB or MAPM (essential)\n\nStrong residential or mixed-use project portfolio\n\nProven leadership experience\n\nExcellent commercial acumen\n\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders\n\nIn Return?\n\n£65,000 - £80,000\n\nCar allowance\n\nBonus scheme\n\nPension\n\nCareer progression to Associate\n\nSenior Project Manager | South London | Mixed Use | Residential | MRICS | Consultancy
