Sustainability isn't just a goal—it's woven into our core values and every project we undertake.\n\nRequirements:\n\nTo lead, develop, and assist with the provision of project management services, including technical advice, pre and post-contract project management services.\n\n * MCIOB qualification or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. MRICS, APM) – or working towards a professional qualification.\n\n * Minimum 2 years of Construction Project Management experience within a Consultancy environment.\n\n * Able to demonstrate experience across a number of sectors and types of projects.\n\n * Proven experience in delivering Programs and Project management.\n\n * Self-motivated and have the ability to set project direction aligned with business goals, inspire teams, and drive performance across multiple projects.\n\n * Deep understanding of construction methodologies, design coordination, procurement, and contract administration.\n\n * Skilled in budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and maximising profitability best value while delivering quality.\n\n * Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and resolving issues before they impact timelines or budgets.\n\n * Proficient in managing various contract forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, etc.) and ensuring the commercial success of projects.\n\n * Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.\n\n * Ability to manage complex and challenging project timelines, ensuring milestone achievement.

Experience and understanding of using Asta Power Project and/or MS Project would be advantageous.\n\n * Ensures projects adhere to regulatory standards, health & safety requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.\n\n * Capable of leading through change—whether in scope, schedule, or resources—while maintaining team focus and morale.\n\n * Clear, concise communicator with ability to report progress, challenges, and strategies to leadership and clients.\n\nBenefits:\n\nJoin a dynamic team where innovation meets impact.
