Senior Project Manager – IT M&A Integration (Contract)

A major international organisation is working on a rolling portfolio of M&A transactions and are looking for a senior project manager with experience on M&A-related projects (integration, separation, carve out) to deliver on a portfolio of technology projects

You will lead on project/programme management for both pre-deal (business cases, bid co-ordination) and post-deal (technology integration planning and execution) across a multitude of relevant projects including data migrations, systems integrations, end user compute, driving project delivery across multiple streams and multiple commercial situations. Prior M&A projects experience is essential.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• 10+ years project management experience with technology functions of major global corporates
• Significant experience on multiple M&A integration, separation or carve out projects
• Strong understanding of desktop, end user, and ERP systems within an integration context
• Principal industry experience in non-financial services related industries (retail, pharma, publishing supply chain etc).
• Ex-Big 4 or major technology services firm experience is preferred but not required
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is an initial six-month contract on a rolling portfolio of work at £600-700/day.
