It's ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic oversight and direct involvement in the field. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of projects through all stages, from initiation to completion Allocate tasks based on team capabilities and project needs Supervise on-site engineers and ensure quality assurance through to sign-off Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes Lead and support other project managers, fostering development and consistency Resolve escalated or complex project issues Maintain clear documentation, including RAMS Act as a senior point of contact for clients and partners What You'll Need: Demonstrable experience in senior project management Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills Technical or AV experience is a plus Ability to manage pressure and competing demands Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
