Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure (Heavy Civils / Utilities Diversions) Location: Euston, London Employment Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive + Package

An established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of complex infrastructure works in the Euston area of London.

The business delivers major infrastructure schemes across the utilities, transport and civil engineering sectors, specialising in complex urban construction environments and multidisciplinary infrastructure delivery.

This role will lead the delivery of utilities diversion works and associated civil structures, managing multidisciplinary site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget within a highly constrained urban environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of major infrastructure and utilities diversion projects from planning through to completion

* Manage project teams including Site Agents, Engineers and subcontractors

* Oversee programme delivery, cost control and commercial performance

* Coordinate works with local authorities, statutory undertakers and key stakeholders

* Manage consents, permits and right of way approvals required for infrastructure works

* Ensure works are delivered in line with health & safety, quality and environmental standards

* Provide leadership across procurement, construction and commissioning phases

Experience Required

* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager within civil engineering infrastructure projects

* Strong background delivering complex civil works within constrained environments

* Experience managing consents, permits, access agreements and stakeholder approvals for infrastructure works

* Utilities experience is advantageous but not essential

* Strong leadership capability managing large site teams and complex construction programmes

* Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness
