Job Title:- Senior Project Manager\n\nLocation- Central London\n\nType:- Perm\n\nWith a turnover of over £100 million, one of UK’S leading Fit-out/Refurbishment Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This Main Contractor is looking for a No.1 Project Manager who can lead the team and deliver the project to the client's requirements and expectations on a 2 Stage tender basis on projects ranging between £10- £20 million The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Cut & Carve Refurbishment with structural alterations\n\nSome of the key duties would include\n\n * Preconstruction\n\n * Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build\n\n * Site set up and strategy including logistics\n\n * Planning\n\n * 2 stage tender process\n\n * Running the job as a number 1\n\n * Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly\n\n * Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions.\n\n * Costing, Budgeting\n\n * Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors\n\n * Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to\n\n * Finish with attention to budgets\n\nIdeal candidate must have previous experience in Project Management within Cut& Carve/Refurbishment, must be ambitious, dynamic and client facing, must be able to travel to and fro site in City of London.\n\nIdeal candidate must have CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications.\n\nShould you meet the above requirements, please send your updated cv to the email address below
