A leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy with an office in Edgware are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Project Manager to join their team.The Company that the Senior Project Manager will join: The Senior Project Manager will be joining a successful project management consultancy who have a strong pipeline of projects in the residential regeneration sector. The Senior Project Manager will be joining a team of 75+ consultants.The Senior Project Manager will be working closely alongside the director, associate directors, senior project managers, project managers, quantity surveyors and building surveyors.The Senior Project Manager role:The Senior Project Manager will be experienced at carrying out pre and post contract duties across each stage of a project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager will build a strong relationship with internal members such as quantity surveyors and building surveyors to ensure that projects are being delivered on time and within budget.The Senior Project Manager will be expected to deliver schemes with contract values as high as £150m.You will be responsible for: Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completionCommunicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractorsProvide support/mentorship to junior Project ManagersReporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weeklyCollaborating with Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors during all phases of project lifecyclesReviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraintsAttending weekly site visitsArranging and attending client meetingsEnsure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsSenior Project Manager requirements: Previous experience working for a UK consultancyResidential regeneration experience would be idealMRICS chartered or working towardsBSc/MSc Construction Project ManagementAbility to manage Schemes simultaneouslyPrevious experience leading a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:£70,000-85,000 per annum salary package25 days annual leave + bank holidayHybrid workingWork Laptop / PhoneCompetitive bonus schemeStrong pension contributionPositive work environmentYearly company trip abroadRICS Fee paid forQuarterly company eventsIf you are a Senior Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a leading construction consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.0203 808 3802 - 07401 083 877Reference - LB1210111JBRP1_UKTJ
