Mechanical or Electrical preferred The Role Were recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Facilities Management provider delivering projects across a diverse portfolio, including office environments, retail parks, and manufacturing sites. This is a commercially focused, delivery-led role suited to someone who is confident developing their own projects, building client relationships, pricing works, and seeing projects through from opportunity to completion. The role is multi-site and requires flexibility to travel where the work and opportunities are. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple sites
Develop your own project opportunities through client engagement and relationship building
Price works, prepare quotes and tender submissions
Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Oversee subcontractors and supply chain partners
Ensure compliance with H&S, CDM regulations, and company procedures
Projects Include General refurbishment works
Lifecycle replacement projects
Mechanical and electrical upgrades
Small to medium-value FM projects across live environments
About You Proven experience as a Project Manager within Facilities Management or a similar environment
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to price jobs and win work
Comfortable managing multiple live projects across different locations
Confident building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Mechanical or Electrical background preferred
Willing to travel regularly across the South and Midlands
Package Salary up to £75,000 (depending on experience)
