Senior Project Manager – Insurance

London (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite)

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to join a leading global insurance organisation, delivering complex business, technical, and regulatory change across international markets.


This is a senior-level role (8–10 years’ experience required), working on high-impact transformation initiatives across the globe.


The Role

You’ll lead end-to-end delivery across a diverse portfolio of change programmes, with a strong focus on business change, supported by technology and regulatory initiatives.


Key projects include:

  • Global business integration programmes
  • US delegated authority growth initiatives
  • Integration of newly acquired businesses
  • Implementation of insurance technology platforms


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Commercial Insurance experience (ESSENTIAL) - London Market preferred
  • Proven experience delivering business change (primary focus) with supporting technical change. Ideal mix: 50/50 or business-led (not tech-heavy)
  • Experience delivering regulatory change projects

(e.g. climate risk, consumer duty, Lloyd’s reporting, compliance initiatives)

  • Strong stakeholder management across global teams
  • Background in complex, multi-stream delivery environments
