The project: The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the managed frameworks team, helping to drive growth through the frameworks utilising horizon scanning, market trends and competitor analysis. The role involves providing oversight of framework management activity and supporting the identification of new Managed Frameworks coming to market. Plus, pipeline tracking providing data and early opportunity information to the Mace sectors to support client discussions and translating data and insights into practical advice.

The role requires a highly analytical approach to data interpretation combined with a proven track record in internal business development, pipeline management and identifying emerging opportunities across diverse sectors.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Horizon scan, identify priority frameworks.
• Managing framework business cases and PoCs.
• Owning managed framework pipeline governance.
• Analysing sector pipelines, trends, opportunities.
• Providing data-led insights for planning.
• Optimising framework use, routes to market.
• Supporting go/no-go and governance decisions.
• Engaging stakeholders, manage CRM and representation.

You’ll need to have:

• Relevant sector experience with strong framework, horizon scanning and pipeline analysis capability.
• Proven senior stakeholder engagement, confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking with data‑led insight, prioritisation and delivery focus.
• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.  
• Up to 3years experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes.
