Job Description Procter Street Resourcing is delighted to be working with a nationally recognised Civil Engineering contractor, recruiting a Senior Project Manager for their Team. Our client has an exceptional reputation in the industry for their collaborative and adaptable approach allowing them to build long lasting relationships, and regularly securing repeat business with their clients.

The role:

The Senior Project Manager will play an instrumental part in overseeing a range of small to large complex civil engineering schemes. You will lead the projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Other duties include:

Lead and manage all aspects of the construction project, from planning through to execution and close-out.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage and coordinate the work of the Site Manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
