Senior Planning & Project Manager

London (Hybrid)

£65,000 – £85,000 + bonus + benefits


We’re hiring a Senior Planning & Project Manager for a globally recognised consumer brand.


Entertainment, tourism or hospitality background preferred.


This role sits at the centre of marketing, revenue, e-commerce and commercial teams - Leading complex planning processes from idea through to delivery.


You’ll own UK annual and long-range planning cycles, align stakeholders, coordinate campaigns and ensure outcomes are delivered. You’ll also brief media agencies where needed.


As a Senior Planning & Project Manager you’ll:


  • Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles
  • Manage cross-functional delivery across Marketing, Revenue and E-commerce
  • Write clear, outcome-focused briefs for media agencies
  • Coordinate campaigns, trading plans and launches
  • Track performance and drive accountability


What we’re looking for in a Senior Planning & Project Manager:


  • Strong project or programme management experience in a consumer-facing business
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and deliver through others
  • Confident stakeholder manager across commercial and marketing teams
  • Commercially minded and data-driven
