Job Description

Are you interested in joining a high-performing business that works with some of the largest institutional developers within the residential sector?

Cast Consultancy is a leading residential-led consultancy focused on driving positive change across the development and construction industry. We provide project management, cost management and strategic advisory services. As part of our continued growth, we are increasingly focused on data-driven decision making and the thoughtful adoption of digital tools to enhance project delivery.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic London-based team. This full-time, hybrid position involves working closely with clients and project teams to successfully deliver outcomes for our clients on residential developments across the UK. In this role, you will lead the delivery of multiple projects and provide guidance and support throughout all RIBA stages.

You will take ownership of project performance across programme, quality and risk, ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful delivery from inception through to completion. Typical project values range from £20m–£150m.

We value individuals who are forward-thinking and open to the evolving role of digital technology and data in the construction industry, and who are keen to embed structured, data-led approaches to enhance project delivery and reporting across their schemes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Leadership of day-to-day project management services across assigned projects
  • Proven ability to manage projects through all RIBA stages
  • Strong understanding of programme management, risk mitigation and stakeholder coordination
  • Sound commercial awareness, with an understanding of development drivers and client objectives
  • Ability to manage and build strong client relationships at senior level
  • Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Confidence in chairing meetings and driving decision-making processes
  • Ability to understand outcomes, not just outputs, ensuring projects deliver strategic value
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with colleagues and clients
  • High attention to detail, with a clear understanding of quality assurance and governance processes
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ideally MRICS or another relevant professional qualification
  • Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry
  • An interest in digital and data-led approaches to project management, with a willingness to engage with evolving tools and structured reporting frameworks used across the business
