Interim Recovery Project Manager – Estates & Facilities

South London | 6-Month Contract | On-site, Full-time

Burman is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the recovery and repair of buildings and systems after a major flood. You’ll manage contractors, plan work, and make sure all repairs meet safety and legal standards across a busy, complex site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver multi-disciplinary M&E and fabric reinstatement works
• Lead contractor and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure full CDM and H&S compliance
• Validate commissioning and handover of systems (fire, HVAC, access control)
• Maintain programme momentum and cost accountability

Requirements:

• HNC/D or Degree in Construction, Building Services or Engineering
• Proven experience managing high-risk refurbishment or recovery projects
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and technical commissioning
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
