Senior Project Manager , you'll take ownership of delivering a portfolio of projects across multiple business areas—from Operations to IT—ensuring they meet cost, quality, and time objectives. You'll play a key role in driving business benefits, managing complexity, and leading a team of Project Managers to deliver against our transformation goals. This is a role for someone who thrives on challenge, collaboration, and making things happen. Responsibilities Deliver strategic projects within agreed cost, quality, and time parameters. Produce and monitor detailed plans, documentation, and reporting in line with our Change Framework. Manage project financials and ensure benefits realisation against business targets. Influence and challenge stakeholders to shape business cases and prioritise initiatives. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Project Managers to achieve exceptional results. Interested? Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple business areas. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and resolve challenges. Ability to manage uncertainty and adapt plans to deliver outcomes in dynamic environments. Experience in financial management and benefits realisation within a project portfolio.
