£55k - £62k base plus great benefits What you will bring to the role: You will champion engineering excellence, define best practices, inspire and mentor developers, and keep innovation at the heart of everything you do – from microservices and RESTful APIs to CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments. With a strong background in Python development and deep knowledge of AWS, containers and automation, you'll bring both technical expertise and the confidence to steer a team through rapid growth. Experience with serverless, AI, or EdTech is a bonus, but passion and leadership are essential. You must bring experience of full stack development, including Flask framework and Vue.
