Senior Quality Engineer / Coach and Mentor

We are seeking an experienced hands on Quality professional to work alongside the current Quality Manager to support them during a period of operational and process development

Paying £300 to £400 per day (6 month to 12 month contract)

This role is focused on:

Providing practical support and guidance Sharing experience from similar manufacturing environments Strengthening process control and problem-solving approaches Supporting the development of existing team and systemsThe experience that we are looking for the Senior Quality Engineer / Coach and Mentor

Strong background in manufacturing quality (10+ years) Experience in: Aerospace, OEM or high-spec industries AS9100 / ISO9001 environments Hands-on experience in: Root cause analysis and process improvement (8D) Based in Stone, Staffordshire

Desirable skills for Senior Quality Engineer / Coach and Mentor

Background in: Metallurgy or materials engineering Powder metallurgy / sintering processes Experience within: CNC machining environments Familiarity with: NDT and inspection techniquesPersonal attributes for the Senior Quality Engineer / Coach and Mentor
