My client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their Colchester head office. The Role:

You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects from tender stage through to final account, ensuring profitability, cost control, and contractual compliance throughout.

Key Responsibilities
