Project Quantity Surveyor
General Contractor (Critical Infrastructure/ Data Centres)- London Zones 1 & 2
£60,000- £70,000+ Bonus/ Expensed travel/ Hybrid
Are you an ambitious and career driven Quantity Surveyor ready to take on a cutting-edge Critical Infrastructure/ Data Centre project in Central London? I am partnered with a major General Contractor who are seeking a career driven QS to join their team. They are looking for a career driven individual, that they can develop into a Senior QS role within the next 12- 18 months.
What You'll Do:
Support financial aspects of the project, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts
The Person
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be highly motivated and career driven and meet the following base criteria;
Minimum 5 years commercial experience within relevant sector (Infrastructure/ CSA/ Construction)
Familiarity with NEC contracts required
Strong Analytical & Numerical Skill
A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS qualification is a bonus)
