Job Description\n\n

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our regional Construction team based in Waterbeach, Cambridge

\n

Location : Waterbeach, Cambridge

\n

Contract : Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

\n

What will you be responsible for?

\n

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team .

\n

Your day to day will include:

\n

\n Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team. Help ensure that business targets and KPI's are exceeded

\n

Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members

\n

Production of commercial reports together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members

\n

Physical measurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractors

\n

Agreement of certification and payment of subcontractor accounts - monitoring of such accounts against forecasts

\n

\n

\n

What are we looking for?

\n

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

\n

\n Holder of a Full UK Drivers Licence

\n

Educated to Degree level, or equivalent experience

\n

Experience within a similar role

\n

Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel

\n

\n

\n\n\n\n\n
