Join a growing contractor delivering residential, student accommodation and commercial fit-out schemes - including Cat A/B and cut & carve projects - and manage both internal and external packages on builds up to £10m.

What You'll Be Doing

\n

\n Taking commercial control of projects from inception to completion \n

Managing both internal and external packages \n

Leading procurement, cost planning and contract administration \n

Liaising with site teams, clients and subcontractors \n

Monitoring budgets, valuations and variations \n

Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing best practice \n

Visiting sites across the region (paid travel) \n

What We're Looking For

\n Main contractor or developer background \n

Proven experience managing projects start-to-finish \n

Knowledge of internal and external works \n

Ability to handle smaller, high-impact projects (up to £10m) \n

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge \n
