Senior Quantity Surveyor – £22m Education project

This leading Tier 1 main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance basis for a minimum period of 6 months.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be offered a flexible working role and manage your working week between the site, remote working from home and the office.

The project is a new build school building in existing grounds and is valued at an initial sum of £22m however, there are other projects that will be negotiated and will be built onto the current contract.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor working on this new build school, you will have worked for main contractors for a minimum of 5yrs and will have good knowledge of education framework projects.

You must be residing a reasonable commute from Kent or live locally. For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you must have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification.

At least 10yrs working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or applicants that feel they are capable of being responsible for a £20m+ project and looking to make the step from Quantity Surveyor to Senior Quantity Surveyor will be considered.
