I am partnered with a major General Contractor who are seeking a career driven QS to join their team. They are looking for a career driven individual, that they can develop into a Senior QS role within the next 12- 18 months.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nSupport financial aspects of the project, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule\nManage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting\nCollaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution\nProvide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts \n\nThe Person\n\nThe ideal Quantity Surveyor will be highly motivated and career driven and meet the following base criteria;\n\nMinimum 5 years commercial experience within relevant sector (Infrastructure/ CSA/ Construction) \nFamiliarity with NEC contracts required\nStrong Analytical & Numerical Skill\nA degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS qualification is a bonus) \n\nThe Company\n\nThe business are a leading General contractor specialising in critical infrastructure projects linked to Data centre sector.
