The Role Senior QS / Quantity Surveyor As Senior Quantity Surveyor , you will lead the commercial management of a major energy work package, driving cost control, contract compliance and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities: Senior Quantity Surveyor commercial lead on energy / infrastructure package

NEC3 / NEC4 contract administration (essential)

Cost planning, cost reporting, forecasting & budget management

Subcontract procurement & subcontractor management

Variations, compensation events & change control

Risk management & value engineering

Final accounts negotiation

Support Assistant & Project Quantity Surveyors

Reporting to Commercial Manager / Managing Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS

Background in energy, utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure projects

Strong NEC contract knowledge

Experience managing high-value construction packages

Degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management

Ambition to progress to Managing Quantity Surveyor
