Senior Quantity Surveyor Liverpool £65,000 + car/car allowance
We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key commercial role on a major highways framework project in the Liverpool area. This is a great chance to join a team that is passionate about shaping how sustainable infrastructure is delivered and to support complex, high‑profile programmes.
Joining a multi-disciplinary energy and transport networks specialist engineering services provider. Working with critical infrastructures across power, renewables, nuclear decommissioning, railways, highways and local government sectors.
What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll support the commercial and contract delivery teams to make sure all schemes are commercially successful, well‑controlled and accurately reported. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing applications and credit control to optimise income Overseeing costing, forecasting, and change control processes Supporting project risk management and documentation (CTC, CVRs) Managing the full subcontract cycle and offering commercial advice to project teams Handling dispute resolution and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
