Senior Quantity Surveyor – Northampton

Salary: Competitive salary | Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, contracts, and commercial aspects of civil engineering projects (£200k–£10m+). You will handle forecasting, subcontractor procurement, contract management (IChemE/NEC), and work closely with project teams to mitigate risk and drive efficiency.

Requirements: Construction industry experience, strong commercial and forecasting skills, IChemE/NEC contract knowledge, and excellent communication/IT skills. RICS membership or relevant degree desirable.
