My client is a Civils Main Contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £100m. They currently have a high number of Civils schemes ranging from £1m up to £10m in the North of England. At present they are in the market for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for a roads/highways scheme in Beverley. This is a site based role, with the potential of 1-2 day working from home. Paying in the region of £400 to £500 per day.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Project experience including: roads, drainage, earthworks, remediation, s38/s278 works, flood alleviation, culverts etc.

• Contract knowledge - NEC options A to C

• Main & regional contractor background
