There is no slowing down here at Build Space HQ, we are sprinting into Xmas!!!\n\nWhat a Senior Quantity Surveyor job to land just before the holiday season!!!\n\n- Fancy working on a £225m, new build tower project in East London?\n- Want to work as part of an elite Senior Management Team on one of London's hottest build projects?\n- Is joining a Main Contractor / Developer with a fat pipeline of work a real driver for you?\n\nIf so, Build Space has you covered.\n\nSenior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities:\n\n- End to end management of multiple, high value packages\n- Monitoring build costs against budget and forecast final cost\n- Identifying cost risks and opportunities early\n- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with contract terms\n- Preparing and agreeing final accounts with supply chain\n\nSenior Quantity Surveyor experience required:\n\n- Minimum 10 years post qualified experience\n- Extensive Major Project experience - ideally High Rise Towers\n- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar\n- First class IT / reporting skills\n- Strong communication - written and spoken\n\nOpportunities to work on projects of this order do not come around often.  If you are a highly capable, highly driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on the highest profile, highest value projects in London, drop me a line.  This is a red hot role for a start straight away!!!
